MS Raju Turns Director for His Next Film

MS Raju is one of the renowned senior producers of Tollywood. He started his career as a producer with Venkatesh starrer Shatruvu (1990) and provided the basic plot of the film. He gave hattrick Blockbusters twice and became one of the most promising producers. He produced Okkadu, Varsham, and Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana in a row that became career-best hits for Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, and Siddharth at that time. However, it ended his success streak and he couldn’t recreate the magic of those films. He later turned director and made Vaana and Tuneega Tuneega which failed at the box office.

According to reports, MS Raju is turning director once again with his script. The yet-untitled project is produced by debutantes Satish Babu and Puneeth. The official first look of the film will be unveiled in January. On a side note, MS Raju’s son Sumanth Ashwin is an actor in Telugu cinema, who made his debut with Tuneega Tuneega.
