Tamil director AR Murugadoss is one of the top commercial directors of Indian cinema. He has made some of the most profitable films in the past. His dubbed films like Ghajini and Thupaki made him popular in Tollywood. He worked in the Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi film industries in his early career with his first 5 films. Although he has touched insurmountable success in Kollywood, his Telugu films Stalin and Spyder were straightaway rejected by the audience. There are several speculations about him teaming up with NTR for his next project. In the latest interview, Murugadoss clarified the reports.
He explained that he has narrated a story to NTR a long time ago but the project couldn’t materialize. However, he hasn’t met him in the recent past. So, the speculations of them both teaming up for a film are not true. Murugadoss even clarified that he has not even planned his next project yet. At present, he has completed a film with Superstar Rajinikanth and awaiting its release. Darbar is releasing on 9 January 2020 and going to compete at the Sankranthi box office with Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapuramulo. There are a lot of expectations for the film and the fans of Superstar are waiting to see the film on the big screen. Meanwhile, the team is busy promoting the film and planning a massive release.
