After the phenomenal success of Yash’s Kannada film KGF, Rakshit Shetty is next in line to bring his pan-India film Avane Srimannarayana. The Makers have scheduled the release dates to bring the Kannada version in advance to create hype for the film in other languages. The strategy seems to have worked as the film opened to positive buzz and good reviews from critics. Shanvi Srivastava played the female lead in the film and Sachin Ravi directed it. The film is slated for release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi soon with its Telugu version titled ‘Athade Srimannarayana’.
Avane Srimannarayana opened to packed houses in Karnataka considering the popularity of Rakshit Shetty. The critics praised his performance and the screenplay of the film. It has to be seen if the film equally impresses the Telugu audience as well. If the film manages to recreate the magic in other industries, it will become another sensation in the Sandalwood industry. The Telugu version, Athade Srimannarayana, is slated for release on January 1.
