Rashmika Mandanna made her debut with Kirik Party and fell in love with her co-star Rakshit Shetty. However, they broke up after their engagement which lead to many rumors. They both faced questions related to their breakup during interviews. Recently, while promoting his upcoming film, Athade Srimannarayana, Rakshit Shetty faced the question of the reasons behind their breakup. He said that after their engagement, Rashmika started getting offers and it was a mutual decision to not get married.
Rashmika clarified her failed engagement saying that she fell in love with him and wanted to marry him. However, they’ve postponed the marriage to settle in their careers. As the offers kept coming, she found it difficult to cater time for marriage. She doesn’t want to create trouble for the producers by getting married in the middle of her projects. Rashmika is currently playing the female lead in Mahesh’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and Nithiin’s Bheeshma.
