She is currently shooting for her maiden web series, The Family Man 2, and the Telugu remake of the Tamil romantic film, 96. However, she hasn’t announced any new projects.
There are several speculations about Samantha’s upcoming films. The latest buzz is that she is in talks for a Tamil-Telugu bilingual horror thriller to be directed by Ashwin Saravanan. Samantha is also rumored to be producing the Telugu version of the film while a leading producer will bankroll the Tamil version. Ashwin is familiar to Telugu audiences through his dubbed films, Mayuri and Game Over. The official announcement in this regard is yet to be made.
