Allu Sirish has been struggling to come up with a remarkable film ever since his debut film. He has high hopes on his upcoming film, ABCD, which is faithful remake to Malayalam film with same title starring Dulquer Salmaan in lead role. The film is about the self-discovery of a rich NRI, who is forced by his father to live in a slum in India with only a budget of Rs 5000 per month. The troubles along the way change his perception about life. Allu Sirish played the role of Avi a.k.a Arvind Prasad. He said that he could connect to Avi more than any character he played in his career so far.

The team has wrapped up shooting and currently, the post-production work is going on. Rukshar Dhillon played the female lead in the film. Sanjeev directed this coming of age drama. The film is set to release on May 17.
